Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the coconut milk, cocoa powder, arrowroot powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt over medium heat.

2. Continue to whisk until the mixture becomes thick and bubbly. Make sure to whisk constantly to prevent the mixture from burning.

3. Once the mixture is thick and bubbly, remove from heat and pour into a heat-safe bowl. Let cool for 5 minutes.

4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour, the mixture should be thick and creamy.
