Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Drop the dough by heaping tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are lightly browned. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
